Exchanges

We accept exchanges on eligible products within 3 days of delivery.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order through WhatsApp or the contact details provided on our website.

The product must:

• Be unused and unworn.
• Be in its original condition.
• Have all original tags and packaging intact.
• Not have any stains, marks, odour, alterations or signs of wear
• Be returned with all accompanying accessories, if applicable.
  
  All exchanges are subject to inspection and approval by our team.
  
  Store Credit
  
  Approved exchanges will be processed through store credit. We do not offer monetary refunds for eligible returns or exchanges.
  
  Store credit can be used towards a future purchase from Rara by Rishika and will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.
  
  Non-Exchangeable Products
  
  The following products are not eligible for exchange:
  
• Sale or discounted products.
• Customised or personalised garments.
• Garments altered specifically according to customer requirements.
• Products that have been worn, washed, dry-cleaned or damaged after delivery.
  
  Damaged or Incorrect Products
  
  We take great care to ensure that your order reaches you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
  
  Please share clear photographs and/or a video of the product and packaging with our team through WhatsApp. Our team will review the issue and assist you with the appropriate resolution.

  Please do not send any product back without first contacting our team and receiving confirmation from us.
  
  Rara by Rishika reserves the right to reject an exchange if the product does not meet the conditions mentioned above.

Order Processing & Dispatch

• All orders placed through our website are shipped within 15 working days from the date of order confirmation.
• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the shipping details and tracking information on your registered contact details.
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier partner.
• Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.

  Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
  
  Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing your order. Rara by Rishika will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Each Rara by Rishika piece is crafted with delicate fabrics, embellishments and detailing. To preserve the garment’s shape, finish and craftsmanship, we recommend the following:

• Dry clean only
• Do not machine wash or hand wash
• Avoid soaking or using harsh detergents.
• Store the garment in a clean, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Handle embellished and delicate details with care.
• We recommend using a professional dry cleaner experienced in handling designer and embellished garments.
